Oru takes inspiration from the familiar shape of traditional pots, reinterpreted as a wooden vessel. Carved from solid teak, it has a generous, rounded form that feels both grounded and timeless. The charred finish gives it a quiet, rustic character, allowing the natural variations of the wood to remain part of its story.

Care

To preserve the natural beauty of your handcrafted wooden bowl, wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and avoid soaking or using harsh detergents. Keep away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. Not dishwasher or microwave safe.
Design

The design embraces simplicity, with a softly curved body and a wide opening that flows naturally into its rounded base. Its darkened exterior gives the piece an almost pottery-like appearance, creating an interesting contrast between the material and its form. Oru is a celebration of traditional vessel shapes through a more organic, contemporary approach.
