Refund policy

As most of our products are handcrafted and made from natural wood, we currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, if your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged item.

Please note that natural variations in wood grain, texture, colour, and minor imperfections are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
