As many of our products are handcrafted, orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4–5 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Across India

We currently ship across India through trusted courier and postal partners.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp where applicable.

Please note that some postal services may require customers to manually enter the tracking number on the courier’s tracking website.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

- The damaged item

- The outer packaging

- Shipping label

After review, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
