Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders

Once an order is placed, we reserve the right to accept or cancel the order in cases including but not limited to:

- Product unavailability

- Pricing or listing errors

- Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, remote locations, or unforeseen delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

If an item arrives damaged or broken, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.

Wood is a natural material and should be kept away from excessive moisture, prolonged sunlight, and extreme heat. Improper care or misuse may affect the product over time.

All images, designs, logos, product names, and content on this website belong to us and may not be copied or used without permission.
