Sekeu draws from the mithun, a longstanding symbol of strength and prosperity in Naga life. Two heads meet at the centre, brought together into a single balanced composition. The surrounding patterns frame the mithun while giving the piece a distinctly architectural character. Hand-carved from a single block of wood.

Care

To preserve the natural beauty of your handcrafted wooden bowl, wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and avoid soaking or using harsh detergents. Keep away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. Not dishwasher or microwave safe.
Design

A symmetrical relief featuring two carved mithun heads, framed by repeated linear and circular motifs. The forms are deeply carved into a single block of wood, creating a strong contrast between the raised surfaces and dark recessed areas.
