Hand-carved and finished by hand, Mu-kho is made to be both functional and sculptural. Each piece carries natural variations in grain, tone and form, making every bowl slightly different from the next.
Finished with natural oils and wax.

Care

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or heat. Do not use harsh detergents, dishwashers, or microwaves. To maintain its luster, occasionally condition with food-safe oil or beeswax.
Design

Mu-kho is shaped from a single block with a soft, uneven silhouette that follows the character of the wood rather than forcing symmetry. The blackened finish creates depth while the exposed natural edge frames the form and highlights the grain. Growth rings remain visible inside, allowing the piece to retain a sense of where it came from.
